"When we decided it was time to sell
it was important to find someone who was familiar with the neighborhood and could help guide us. Ron Sitrin was that person. He gave us very good advice, but didn’t push, which allowed us to come to appropriate conclusions at our own pace. With Ron’s extensive market research and experience, he knew the price that would attract the interested buyers. We, like many homeowners, had an unrealistic expectation. But he was right! We adjusted the price and the offers came in.
Odd circumstances led to our first two offers falling through. When all finally seemed in place for settlement, our house revealed 25-year old title issues threatening to delay, or at worst prevent, closing.
For three days and nights, Ron and his assistant Dione were on the phone, fax and email tracking down and following a single piece of paper from a long ago defunct bank until it arrived just before settlement. Throughout it all, they were calm, encouraging, professional and tenacious. They did it with an optimism and gentleness not often seen in business. Selling real estate can be fraught with unforeseen problems.

He helped us decide on an offer and negotiate a price for the new house and he was strategic in pricing our old house.
