Sean has helped many of his buyers utilize the FHA 203k renovation loan program to pay for repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
Sean is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and haslivedin Richmond for 30 years with time spent in Boston, Houston, D.C., and Manhattan. He was a corporate executive for Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren Jeans, Nautica Marine Denim, Polo Boyswear, Polo Infants and Childrens, and Tommy Hilfiger Women, sharpening his marketing, sales, brand management, and customer service skills.
He later went on to be Director of Development and VCU Health System and Bon Secours Health System locally, and Hospital Corporation of America, where he was VP of Development, Marketing, and Sales. Working in such large markets and for some of America's most well-respected brands gives him an edge that he applies to his Real Estate expertise.
