Selling the most important property -- YOURS!
160 Market Street #1
Collegeville, PA 19426
In my real estate career I have settled over $90 million in real estate in the western Philadelphia suburbs.
Here are some comments frommy clients...
"...Never did I expect that an agent would go above and beyond the way you did. Constant communication was somethingyou promised at the beginning and you absolutely delivered..." - Tom and Marjory B., now in Texas
"...Where can we begin? It seemsthatbarely a day goes by that we don't hear from you with an update. Don't you ever sleep? We can't tell you justhowmuch we appreciate all you've done for us..." - Glenn and Kelly H.,now in Pottstown, PA
Since the mid 1980's Smoky has been affiliated with the same office - in Collegeville and now, Royersford,PA. He has consistently been a Top Producing agent, having qualified for the select "Masters Club" since well before the turn of the century. He is not just "in" real estate; he "is" real estate!
While recognizing that selling or purchasing real estate is serious business, Smoky's attention to detail - and his sense of humor - allows his clients to enjoy the experience of buying and/or selling. Really!
Often, what makes or breaks the sale is the professionalism of the agents involved. Smoky is an effective communicator and negotiator. As he says, "I understand that it is MY job to keep all parties on track... Everyone deserves my best.... A Realtor's clients are in the midst of life-changing circumstances -This must always be our highest concern."
"Perhaps the greatest compliments I receive are from my fellow realtors. They frequently thank me for resolving difficult issues; then they ask me to come work at their company!"
Smoky is a native of the western Montgomery County area. He is a graduate of Ursinus College. He also attended Colorado State University. When not selling property, Smoky enjoys time with his wife and 2grown sons, playing bass in The Left Edge classic rock show band (www.theleftedge.com), volunteering at his church and for various community organizations, or tinkering with his original 1975 Bricklin or restored 1963 Lincoln Convertible.
