Welcome
Trevor is a Washington native who loves his home town and possesses a familiarity with the area few others in the business can claim. Having lived in DC and its suburbs for most of his life, he has keen insight into the regions' history, communities, and school districts as well as the metro area’s best offerings, resources and vendors. Using his comprehensive knowledge of the local markets, analytics and neighborhoods, he helps clients find homes best suited to their needs and lifestyles. Clients — new and returning — look to him for his familiarity with the landscape, his attentive and expedient nature, and his high level of discretion.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Trevor spent 20 years working in the financial-services industry, where he advised high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and families; facilitated several, large-scale commercial real estate deals and spearheaded the NYC and Mid-Atlantic areas for an Alternative Investment Fund Company.
His extensive background and training in finance ensures his clients have a skilled negotiator advocating for them at all times as well as a seasoned professional who understands the emotional process and decision making that goes into buying and selling every home.
Known for his stout level of professionalism and integrity, his attention to detail and his energy and enthusiasm, Trevor prides himself on being a trusted advisor and a friend who is genuinely dedicated to his clients' best interests and wellbeing. Buying a home should be an exciting and enjoyable experience, and it’s Trevor’s goal to make that a reality for each of his clients. He is committed to providing unrivaled customer care.
Trevor currently lives in Kensington, Maryland and spends his downtime on the tennis court being beaten by his wife, Dana, who was an All-American tennis player at Wake Forest University. He also spends time with his business partner and black lab, Deacon, who can often be found photo-bombing Trevor’s advertising collateral.
