Taylor Mock serves a dual role for the CCG, acting as both our ListingSpecialist as well as a Buyer’s Agent. Within his listing role, Taylor servesour clients by researching comparable sales and market data to determine thevalue of all listings, gathering data and features for the MLS and fact sheets,scheduling property photos, ensuring signage is in place, coordinating internetmarketing, and obtaining feedback after showings. Taylor resides in theCarytown area of Richmond with his wife, Alyssa, as well as his dog and twocats. With over four years of real estate’s experience, Taylor’s insiderknowledge of the city, extreme attention to detail, and drive to surpass ourclient’s expectations have made him an invaluable part of our team. In his freetime, Taylor enjoys the outdoors as well as exploring Richmond’s vast diningand music scenes.
