She became arealtor in January of 2005. In 2009 she obtained her Broker licenses in DC, MD& VA and her in 2017 she obtained her Delaware Brokers license. Prior tobecoming a Realtor, Trish and her family (husband and four children) livedabroad in Germany and Uganda. While overseas she worked in public affairs, andwas a Community Liaison Officer serving as an advocate for embassy employeesand their families.
Throughout her variouscareers, she found the common threads to success is careful listening,understanding needs, being knowledgeable and resourceful, developing plans andproactively communicating with others; essentially the same skills you need ina realtor!
