Whitney Pace is a native of central Virginia. She grew up in the town of Keswick, outside of Charlottesville among the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.
Whitney is an alumnus of Christopher Newport University; she graduated with a B.S. degree in Communication and American Studies.
After graduation, Whitney moved to the Richmond area. She resides in the city’s Near West End where she is often found walking her beloved Labrador, Wells.
In her previous profession, Whitney was a Business Development Representative for Bon Air Long & Foster Title; the settlement affiliate for Long and Foster. She worked closely with many Real Estate attorneys in the Richmond and Charlottesville region. Whitney was raised in a Real Estate family. Her father is an experienced broker with thirty plus years in the industry. Past real estate exposure gave her key insight and knowledge into the profession.
In the Richmond community, Whitney enjoys spending time participating and volunteering in the Richmond Junior League. She can be found helping families in the local community.
In her spare time, she is an avid golfer and enjoys playing different golf courses throughout Virginia. Whitney loves to stay active by exploring Richmond’s wonderful restaurants, museums, and small businesses!
