Senior Vice President, Regional Manager

Dawn Bradley is Senior Regional Vice President for the Richmond and Charlottesville/Staunton regions. In this executive leadership role, Bradley oversees the region’s operations and business development, working closely with its Realtors and managing brokers to ensure continued success.

A part of Long & Foster’s team for almost two decades, Dawn entered the real estate industry after a successful 25-year career in banking. As a former bank president, she consistently dealt with consumer, commercial and industrial real estate projects. She segued that experience into a real estate career, quickly advancing into management.

Prior to becoming regional manager, Dawn led Long & Foster’s Grove office, as well as its Stony Point location. During her tenure at these offices, she contributed greatly to their overall sales growth and recruitment efforts. She leverages her expertise in management, business development and ethics to help both Long & Foster’s agents, as well as their clients, achieve real estate success.

Dawn is active in the local Realtor community. She served on the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR) Board of Directors and was Past President of the RAR Board. She is an active member and chair of the RAR Philanthropic Committee, served on the RAR Legislative Committee and has been involved in many other community organizations, including the Midlothian and Richmond YMCAs.

The recipient of numerous awards, Bradley was the RAR Realtor of the Year in 2019, named by Virginia Realtors (VAR) as the 2017 Manager of the Year, earned the VAR esteemed Omega Tau Rho Award and currently serves as a board member on the RAR and Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Valued as an authority on all-things Real Estate, Dawn is a guiding voice for her fellow Realtors, her agents as well as the Long and Foster management team and consumers.

In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.
