Amanda B. Callahan has been in the business since 2005. As a part of fourth generation of a well known development family in Anne Arundel County established 1941, Amanda was born with real estate in her blood. After joining Long and Foster  Real Estate Inc. in 2012 she has continued to be in the top percentage of the Eastport office. With over 17 years experience in the real estate business, she has seen the ups and downs of all markets. Amanda has served on the Long and Foster Gold Team Board representing the Baltimore region. She has achieved several awards from Long And Foster Companies for her production. She has also ranked in the top 10 Realtors in her office multiple times since joining L&F in 2012.  " I could not have achieved this without the support of my clients " 
Amanda's background in new construction gives her a unique understanding of the entire real estate experience. You could say she knows houses down to the "studs." Whether you are a buyer or seller, first time or multiple times, Amanda can make sure the transaction is as stress free as possible.
Before pursuing her career Amanda was an Animal Science major at UMD & a veterinarian technician. The compassion and patience it takes to work with animals is not a talent it is a trait which makes Amanda very sympathetic to the needs of her clients.
