Chondra Mason

I'm originally from Kansas City, Missouri but I've lived in Florida, Texas, South Carolina and Chapel Hill, North Carolina for the last 13 years. I've experienced my fair share of moves throughout my life, I understand the financial and emotional aspects of buying and selling a home. I will always take the time to understand your needs and will focus my energy and expertise on helping you make a smooth and successful transition. I love helping people find hidden gems and turning a house into a home! 

I've been married to my husband for 26 years and we have 2 college age kids and 2 dogs. In my free time I love to travel with my family (you can typically find us on a beach or at Disney).  I love doing DIY projects around my home.  I enjoy volunteering in my community with Habitat for Humanity, SECU Family House at UNC Hospitals and Operation Christmas Child. I love college sports, especially football!

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Orange Chatham Association of Realtors. I am the 2023 Orange Chatham Association of Realtors Rising Star Award Winner (an award selected by my peers). I am also a Corporate Relocation Specialist and a Certified Listing Expert.  My belief in making timely, efficient communication is a priority.
