Erwin Navarro

Originally from the Philippines, Erwin is a Financial Management and Juris Doctor degree holder. With his background in law, he worked as paralegal in law firms and as legal researcher at superior trial court. He specialized with litigation and real estate. His passion with real estate led him to obtain license as a broker in North Carolina. Supplementing his knowledge with real estate, he took Paralegal Certification Program at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and now a Certified Paralegal under the North Carolina State Bar, and a commissioned Notary Public under the Secretary of State. He aims to specialize with residential and commercial real estate transactions and plans to pursue contract negotiation and management to better serve his clients with their real estate needs. He adheres to professional commitment with transparency, accountability, and integrity.

Erwin believes owning a home is one of the biggest, if not, financial decision a person, partners, and a family would ever make. With his knowledge of real estate and the market, he aspires to be part of his clients’ journey by assisting and guiding them in finding their dream home become a reality coupled with a fun and stress-free learning experience.

Beyond real estate, Erwin is a full-time father to his scintillating and adorable toddler son and a loving husband to his supportive wife who works as a nurse at Duke University Hospital. He is an outgoing and free-spirited person who loves to travel with his family and be one with nature (beach, falls, mountain hiking, landscapes). He was a former varsity player, who loves playing and watching different sports i.e. basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, chess. Movies and series are also his leisure during his free time.
