Randy Kendra

            Randall (Randy) Kendra has been serving the five county Philadelphia area including Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties since 2002. In those years he has helped many people sell and buy homes and investors to add to their portfolios from rentals to small commercial properties.
            Randy has worked with several brokerages over the years including Fox & Roach, Century 21 and now Long & Foster Real Estate. This took place after a highly touted sale of his last offices being sold to the Long & Foster brand. Which has become a perfect fit, to now be working with the premier Real Estate company on the east coast with approximately 10,000 agents. Randy can now help you buy and sell real estate anywhere in the world with this partnership. 
             Randy has a diverse work experience to draw on when helping his clients. He has worked in the fields of Insurance, banking, mortgages and even a few years at the Internal Revenue service. Also as someone who has been involved in rehabbing homes, he has an extensive knowledge base to draw on to help people try to avoid any pitfalls from buying that fixer upper.
