William Kushmeder

Personable and accessible, Bill brings an honest and professional approach to his business, with the goal of making what can sometimes be a stressful process a fun and enjoyable experience. Recognizing that a successful real estate practice is a team effort, he has assembled a network of trusted partners, including lenders, home inspectors, settlement attorneys and design professionals.

Born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania now a Maryland resident since 1990 living in Howard County.  He combines his love of Architecture and Interior Design  with his desire to help his clients find  the perfect home or to sell their current home for the best possible price.

Prior to his career in real estate, Bill developed his customer service skills in both the Retail and Health Insurance industries. He spends his free time exploring new and old neighborhoods and anything outdoors involving his Whippets.  Living in the  Baltimore-Washington DC area has allowed him to develop a deep appreciation and enjoyment for all the different cultures, with its customs and cuisines.
