Wilma Richards has been a full time Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate for the past  32 years. A former magazine publisher and editor (co-founded "Early American Life" in 1969), and an executive with the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development in Washington, DC for 12 years. Ms. Richards joined Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. in 1993. She has specialized in expertly meeting the needs of buyers and sellers in Annapolis, and other parts of Anne Arundel County.  She received the Graduate Real Institute (GRI) designation in 1995, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) in 1998, and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) in 2001.
