"I love that the house is in a quiet area on a dead-end street so vehicles are scarce. I didn ât have to worry or throw things out due to storage issues thereâs more than enough room between the atticâs the garage/sheds. when my father moved in due to health issues it was nice to have privacy he would sit in the living room and I had the game room. was able to use one shed for an art studio, another shed to store my items that I sold online, the other shed for odds/ends and then lawn equipment in another. I use the bigger bay to work on the vehicles so that way I didnât have to worry about bumping in something knocking it over or scratching anything. my dad enjoyed going out in the mornings and sit in the screen deck while having his coffee. The neighbors are very nice around me, they always wave, ask how things are going and see if I need help. Iâm told the schools are really good in the town as the elementary school is walking distance and the bus stop for middle/high school is at top of our street. Iâm close to everything police and fire dept few blocks away, shopping is close, philly is 20 mins and close to all areas of transportation if I didnât want to drive."
