Meet Oral Harper

After growing up in Montserrat in the picturesque British West Indies, Oral Harper moved to Boston, where he attended college, and graduated with a major in Business Development. After graduation, Oral moved to California where he attended Los Angeles City College and obtained a Certified International Property Specialist certification. He has also completed course work for Short Sales and Foreclosure, HUD certification and At Home With Diversity Certification

Relocating in the Washington Metro area, Oral has sales licenses in DC and Maryland, and is very familiar with the suburban Metro areas, having listed and sold properties in the Washington DC and Prince George’s County, Queen Anne’s County, and Baltimore City and County, Howard County and Queen Anne's County in Maryland.

Oral has a great love of architecture, yachts, cars, culture and history, and is a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright and Mid-Century Modern furniture and architecture. He enjoys travel and often spends vacations in St. Croix, Texas and Florida visiting with family members.
