Lonnie Plaster

Senior Vice President, Agent Services Group & Regional Manager, South Carolina
Lonnie Plaster serves as senior vice president and regional manager for Long & Foster Real Estate, overseeing the South Carolina region. He also leads the company’s Agent Services Group, a support program designed to assist agents in the functions needed to carry out, maintain and grow their businesses.

With nearly 30 years of real estate experience, Lonnie built and sold two prosperous real estate companies – the second of which, Cowne, Odend’hal & Plaster, was acquired by Long & Foster in 2003. Since joining the company that year, Lonnie has managed several of Long & Foster’s real estate offices including the McLean office in the Northern Virginia region, which achieved more than $1 billion in sales in both 2013 and 2014. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Long & Foster’s D.C. Metro and Montgomery County, Md. regions. He also spent time working in the Charleston, S.C., real estate market.

Lonnie grew up in the Warrenton, Va., area and studied finance at Radford University. He is active in the real estate industry and throughout his career, he has served on numerous real estate boards and committees, including President of the Prince William Association of Realtors and Director for the National Association of Realtors. He has earned multiple sales and leadership awards from the industry, as well as from Long & Foster.
