Chief Human Resources Officer
Helina Dancer serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for The Long & Foster companies. In this role, she plays a key role in all facets of human resources strategies and is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

Prior to joining Long & Foster, Helina Dancer served as vice president of human resources for MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. where she managed all aspects of MERSCORP Holdings’ human resources programs and operations.

Helina has over 22 years of experience in the human resources field, with broad expertise in the areas of performance and compensation review, benefit plan design and administration, the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and management of employee retention programs. Prior to this role, Helina also served as vice president and director of human resources for MCG Capital and Reilly Mortgage Group.

Helina earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trinity College in Washington, D.C.
