Kenneth Fagan

Senior Vice President, Regional Manager

Kenneth Fagan serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s DC, Montgomery County and Southern Maryland regions. In this role, he is responsible for agent recruitment/retention, business development and operations at the region’s offices, including its Mitchellville and Ft. Washington locations, where he also works as the managing broker.

Fagan has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and sales management, and he’s been part of the Long & Foster team since 2014. He first joined as the branch manager of the Mitchellville office, and he was appointed as the managing broker in the Ft. Washington location as well in 2016.

Prior to working with Long & Foster, Fagan had a dual-career—he worked as a sales associate at a brokerage in York, Pennsylvania, and as a branch manager at a baking company, also in the York area. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a proven ability to lead sales teams and help them to grow their existing business while developing new opportunities – skills he brought with him to Long & Foster.

Fagan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors. He attended Drexel University and graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute.
