Kristi and Ben Guidry are a dynamic real estate duo, ready to serve all of your real estate needs. After buying our first home at the young ages of 21, we bought and sold several other homes in Hawaii, Texas, and Virginia.Through these personal experiences, we developed a knack for working with first time home buyers, investors, and veterans using their VA Loan benefits. In our first year as Realtors with Long and Foster, we were not only designated as our office’s Rookie(s) of the Year, but also ranked third for the entire Northern Virginia Region. We’ve been recognized as Top Producers by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and have been members of Long and Foster’s Gold Sales Team every year since.
Together, we bring a wide range of experience in customer service, a joint commitment to our clients, and strong work ethics:
We moved to Northern Virginia in 2010 and settled in Reston with our four daughters, quickly embracing our new community through multiple volunteer and outreach activities. We’ve served on the board of our elementary school’s Parent-Teacher Organization, volunteered with the South Lakes High School Food Pantry and South Lakes Chorus, and been involved with local Girl Scout troops.Kristi is responsible for bringing the "Buy Nothing Project," a collaborative gift economy, to Reston and the region. Under her supervision, the project has expanded to more than 500 individual groups across the Mid-Atlantic.
