Janice Raffel is the Vice President and managing broker of the North Potomac Rockville office located in the Kentlands. She is currently has a broker's license in Maryland, DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania which allows her agents to get licensed in those jurisdictions. In April 2019, Janice's previous office in Rockville King Farm merged with the office in the Kentlands to create a power house. The office currently has close to 200 agents and did about a half a billion dollars and over 1000 transactions in 2020 .
