A native of Alexandria, Brad Kintz returned to his hometown region to begin his real estate career after graduating in 2000 from the University of Virginia, where he had an injury-shortened football career and received degrees in Economics and Spanish. As Brad strove to build his business, his degree in Spanish proved especially invaluable in reaching out to the DC area’s ever-growing Latino population. Just as invaluable throughout his early real estate days were the insights and perspectives he gained from growing up around the real estate business. Throughout his career, Brad Kintz has been recognized time and again for his ability to help NoVa/DC area residents achieve their real estate ambitions and dreams. Quickly becoming one of the top Realtors in his office and at Long & Foster, Brad also earned NVAR’s Top Producer award each year from 2004 to 2022. Brad earned national recognition when he was named one of Realtor Magazine’s "30 Under 30" in 2005.
Washingtonian Magazine has featured Brad on their Top 100 Realtors/Best Of/Elite Producers lists from 2015 to 2023.For 2006 to 2023, Brad was the #1 or #2 Producer for the Alexandria/Old Town Office of Long & Foster (100+ agents) and Top 5 Producer for Long & Foster in NoVa (3,000+ agents).
