I am a second generation Realtor, licensed in MD since 2009, but also a dual-career agent whose 'other' life involves running a technology consulting firm I have owned and operated since 1986. My real estate business is intentionally structured to allow me to focus on a very limited number of clients at any one time. Because moving is very stressful, and can be totally overwhelming, I focus most of my time and energy and expertise and compassion on 'transitioning' the occupants of the house into their next phase of 'life'; not just 'selling' their house. I will personally help your family prepare your house for sale, whether working with contractors, delivering donations, running to the recycling center, and even helping you to pack.
