A consistent top producer and lifelong resident of the Richmond area, I have been a REALTOR® for the past thirty-five years. I have extensive new construction knowledge--my father was a local building contractor. I also have a strong desire to conserve and revitalize older neighborhoods and can bring these passions to fruition with my knowledge in this field. As well as a B.G.S. in Urban Revitalization from Virginia Commonwealth University, I am a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute from the University of Virginia's Continuing Education Department. I have additional elective courses in architectural history, marketing, real estate law, and real estate appraisal; and I consistently participate in continuing education to sharpen my skills and stay abreast of trends. I am also a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation that only 4% of all REALTORS in the U.S. can claim. I have earned this certification by completing a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirements.
My greatest joy is to solve a problem that I was told could not be done--I love a challenge--I don't give up. There's such a feeling of accomplishment when I can do that and really help someone.
