René Fonseca came toReal Estate after a highly successful and decorated military career. He hasalso owned and operated a thriving chain of franchise restaurants, and hasbroad experience representing American companies overseas. He is bilingual inEnglish and Spanish.

Rene was named one of theTop 25 Hispanic Realtors in the United States in 2017 by Latino LeadersMagazine.

René has served on theVirginia Board of Realtors, the Virginia Board of Real Estate Appraisers, appointedby the Governor.

He also served on theBoard of Regents for Radford University.

Some years ago - afterdabbling in Real Estate - he teamed up with his wife, Deborah DeMoss Fonseca,to form The Fonseca Group at Long & Foster Real Estate Inc.
