Carol's 33 year real estate journey began in the Princeton, NJ market in 1991, where she was quickly a top producer in her office. Carol sold real estate in Bucks County, PA, and Mercer, Hunterdon, and Burlington Counties in NJ. After 14 years, Carol accepted the opportunity to manage a large real estate office in NJ which quickly became a competitive player in the marketplace.

Carol and her husband purchased a second home in Lewes, DE in 1998. They loved the

lifestyle of living at The Beach so much that they made the decision to move to Lewes full time in 2013.

In 2013, Carol accepted the opportunity to manage the Rehoboth Beach and Lewes sales offices

for the the largest mid-Atlantic company, Long & Foster Real Estate. She has

successfully recruited and built these two offices with professional Realtors that put their Customer's needs first. In 2014, Carol obtained her Maryland Brokers License. If you are

looking to "work where you play," these offices are team oriented with ongoing training for

both the new and experienced Realtors. The Seller and Buyer tools are abundant and the Realtors are quickly productive. Carol has assisted many Agents with building their Teams or hiring their Assistants. Through coaching techniques, Carol and her Agents have developed and implemented successful marketing strategies.

In January 2020, Carol was given the added opportunity to manage the Long & Foster Vacation Rental office in Rehoboth Beach. This office services short and long term properties from the Indian River Inlet to Broadkill Beach. "Having the right people on our Team makes all the difference in customer service," said Carol, "and the Rehoboth Beach Rental Team continues to grow our property inventory and assists Guests with enjoying their visits," she said proudly.

Many top producing awards have been earned by Carol, both for sales and management. She is the recipient of Long & Foster's prestigious President's Award in 2019 and 2023. This award is given to the top ten Managers in the company, the largest mid-Atlantic Broker, and she placed 5th and 3rd consecutively. She also earned RSPS (Resort & Second Homes), SRES (Seniors), AHSS (Staging), RCC (Residential Construction), CNHS (New Homes), ABR (Buyer Rep), SFR (Short Sales), OICP (Investments) and many other accomplishments.

Carol credits her success as an effective Broker Manager to her experience of working with people. Consulting, brainstorming, or implementing successful strategies within a Team atmosphere, will always win. "We are a Team that live by Trust, Family, and Excellence.

Carol served on the Sussex County Association of Realtors Board of Directors (SCAOR) from 2018-2022. She is a Major Investor in the national Realtor Political Action Committee which supports homeownership. In 2023, she Chairs the SCAOR Political Action Committee, focused on protecting the rights of homeownership in Sussex County. In the past, she served on the Delaware Association of Realtors Board of Directors for two years. Carol also serves on the SCAOR Professional Standards Committee and as an Ombudsman. Community involvement is very important to her and she strives to make a difference.
