Catherine has been a Realtor for 10 years and has sold over 200 homes. She is in the top 20 Real Estate agents in Long and Foster's Hampton Roads area. She has been awarded numerous Bronze, Silver and Gold level awards for salesmanship within the community.
She began her career thinking real estate would be a nice part time job. After selling a house in her first week, Catherine realized her passion and has been going strong ever since.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Catherine served twenty years in the United States Army as a paralegal. During that time Catherine moved her family across seven states and three countries, buying and selling five homes along the way. Catherine's husband, Major Greg Grossman, is still serving on active duty as a Professor of Military Science at Campbell University in North Carolina.Catherine's oldest son, Gregory, is currently serving in the United States Navy; her two younger children, Geoffrey and Gillian keep Catherine busy at home.
Catherine not only serves the community by assisting families buy and sell their homes, she also specializes in helping military families with their housing needs. She has a personal understanding of the various hardships military families endure (separations, frequent moves, deployments, etc.) and an empathy that makesher an ideal agent for those who serve.
