She holds designations as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a GRI designation from the Graduate Realtors Institute, is a Senior Residential Specialist (SRES), and holdsa Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) which enables her to insure quality and ethical service to her clients on the Global market. She is the Chair of the AACAR Global BusinessCouncil andhas served2 terms as a Director on the Board of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors and serves on both Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR)and National Association of Realtors(NAR)committees. She is a 2010 graduate of the Maryland Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.Originally from Chicago, Jan is a graduate of Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois and has lived in the Washington DC area since 1967.
