After vacationing for 30 years in Ocean City, Bob and his family have been full time residents since 1998, which brings a different perspective to servicing his real estate clients. Bob brings 35 years of sales, marketing, and customer service experience to Long and Foster Real Estate. His background includes management positions from Fortune 500 to family businesses.He managed a local bike shop for many years which involved helping residents and visitors enjoy our great shore town. Hisreal estate background includes 15 years as a a successful agent in Ocean City, with completion of Accredited Buyer Representative, REBAC Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, NAR Negotiation Specialist, and NAR Short Sale Specialist designations. In addition to sales, Bob is also a Long & Foster Vacation Rental Specialist which, in addition to helping vacationing families rent the perfect shore property, provides a database of potential buyers and sellers for Ocean City properties.
