A little bit about myself - I was born in Monterey, CA - one of four children to a military family. We moved shortly thereafter to Garmisch, Germany, and returned to the US and settled in Alexandria, Virginia where I grew up, graduated from Fort Hunt HS and then graduated from The University of Virginia. After career moves to Florida and Michigan and two beautiful daughters later, I returned to my hometown of Alexandria. My experience spans decades in the residential and commercial real estate industry primarily in acquisitions, finance, and operations. During this time, I also founded an educational management company specializing in Montessori education and went on to direct several schools in Florida and Michigan.
