Drew Weigand joined HSPM in 2019 bringing with him a background in various facets of real estate. He has experience managing bank-owned properties for re-sale, managing Homeowner Associations, and in both commercial and residential property management. Drew has also been a real estate investor himself for over 18 years focusing primarily on college housing. Outside of the office he lends expertise to local organizations working to transition hosing insecure veterans to more permanent homes. He lives in Raleigh with his wife and son and can often be found happily working in his yard in his spare time.
