At the age of 8, I began to develop my love for real estate and all of its character. Walks to school were full of inquisition and daydreams! I can remember role playing as if I lived in the pristine, three-story Brownstones that lined the streets of Bolton Hill. My favorite home had purple roses neatly planted in a garden box that sat on the ledge of the bottom window. I would play as the beautiful,sophisticated lady of the house (probably a teacher or psychologist) whose husband, kids and pets adored her. I envisioned my Brownstone having glimmering hard wood flooring, big marbled counter tops, a spiraling stair case and a comfy leopard couch as my window seating so that I could watch my purple roses grow.

As I grew, my day dreams turned into aspirations. I attended Baltimore City College High School. There I was intrigued with the centuries old architect and the spirit of excellence that seemed to encompass the entire campus grounds.Castle on the Hill is the nickname of the high school and there is where I began to feel like Royalty. There I took advanced studies in the International Baccalaureate Program (IB) and studied abroad in Vannes, France as an exchange student.

Drexel University in Philadelphia,PA is where I attended college. After college, I came back to the City and began working in Customer Service in downtown Inner Harbor. I enjoyed being wrapped by the tall sky scraper buildings tethered with luxurious town homes, lofts and condos under a huge blue sky with the sounds of crashing waves from the harbor’s water. This is where I met my Veteran husband. He was a tourist, coming to enjoy the sights of the Inner Harbor, all the way from North Carolina! We also got engaged there.

I began a creative journey as a fashion model and actress. I have performed with many of the local leading directors and producers of Maryland. Gracing the stages of downtown Baltimore’s Art District and "strutting my stuff at the Graffiti Alley" spread my roots far into Baltimore's soil. Although I have traveled over the country displaying my gifts, there is nothing like performing for the ones you hold close. My favorite performance was of me portraying a teenager sneaking into the Royal Theater. Only the hippest and most influential theaters of the 1950’s, once located on our very own Pennsylvania Ave in Baltimore City. I guess those days of role playing as the beautiful lady of pristine Brownstone,to and from school really paid off!

Through my journey, I’ve grown to love and be inquisitive about the landscaping and properties that housed my dreams and accomplishments. I am now solidifying those aspirations by assisting my clients with their own personal experience with character in real estate. As a native of Baltimore City, I have an added commitment to mentor and give knowledge to the inner city youth of Baltimore about the possibilities of creating a life full of character through Real Estate.
