Representing Northern Virginia buyers and sellers, Courtney’s extensive marketing experience, positive attitude, and helpful nature all make her excellent at identifying client’s needs and guiding them smoothly through their real estate transactions. Born, raised, and educated in Virginia, Courtney knows the Commonwealth like the back of her hand. Having spent the past 20+ years in Northern Virginia, she is acutely aware of the ins and outs of neighborhoods all over the DMV. Before becoming a real estate agent, she spent 22 years in marketing, eight of which were in the commercial real estate industry. Courtney graduated with an Economics degree from Sweet Briar College and loves keeping a close eye on the housing market. Courtney is one of three partners in the Local Living Team at Evers & Company, a Long & Foster Company, which has a combined over 30years’ experience. Courtney enjoys being an active volunteer in her community in McLean. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys raising her two sons with her husband, home remodeling, playing video games, and singing in her band.
