From the capital of Iran to Richmond, Virginia, Rose Maghdouri knows how to make anywhere in the world feel like home. Arriving in RVA in 2006 she fell in love with the city and its unique character, and it's her passion to share that love with her clients.

From Church Hill, the Fan, Downtown, and the West End neighborhoods, Rose knows every aspect of the city and will work to make sure you find the home of your dreams. From a starter house to your final house every client's needs are different and she will work hard to make sure you are happy and excited with your final choice. Rose will work from locating the perfect house to the final steps of closing of the deal. Working with her clients each step of the way through the whole process.

Rose is a co-founder and owner of Mindfulness Bar, a fun and adventurous meditation, yoga, and self-actualization studio located in Richmond's bustling Shockoe Slip district. Prior to Mindfulness Bar, Rose founded and owned Shockoe Slip Yoga, and runs Chase Adventure retreats-fitness and empowerment retreats hosted annually in the Unites State and around the world. She holds a BS in International Business from the University of North Carolina and MBA from Averett University, as well as a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification.

When Rose isn't guiding her clients through the adventures of buying and selling their homes, her other love is chasing experiences around the globe and spending time with her family and dog Kubuki. From skydiving dozens of time, scuba diving with sharks, swimming in mud volcanoes, teaching yoga classes locally and internationally there is nothing to stop her from exploring.
