Cory has worked for many years in contracting and acquisitions for the federal government and brings strong interpersonal, organizational and negotiating skills to his real estate work. He also brings an in-depth knowledge of the Maryland suburbs – especially Prince George’s County, where he has lived for 20 years. With a bachelor’s degree in business finance, a master’s in procurement and contract management, and an executive MBA from the University of Maryland, he carefully follows market trends and has an in-depth understanding of the economic factors that drive the real estate market. Cory is dedicated to his clients and to making their buying and selling experiences enjoyable, smooth and stress-free.

Married and a father of five, Cory leads an active life outside of real estate. Besides his time with family, he is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball and football. He is also devoted to his faith and an active member of his church.
