Raised in Baku, Azerbaijan, Violetta immigrated to the United States in 2012, first making her home in New Orleans, and later, New York City and Washington, DC. Having lived so many places, Violetta understands the challenges of relocating and enjoys sharing her expertise with clients.

Violetta studied architecture and interior design while in Azerbaijan and brings an artist’s eye to her real estate work. Buyers benefit from her understanding of construction and ability to see the full potential of any home; sellers, from her skill in staging their homes for maximum appeal to today’s buyers. Violetta has also managed several Airbnb properties and understands the rental process from both a landlord’s and tenant’s perspective.

Violetta has always been passionate about helping people achieve their goals. Fluent in English, Russian, Azerbaijani and Turkish, she enjoys serving a diverse clientele and helping them navigate Washington, DC’s active real estate market.
