David Lassiter, a Williamsburg native, attended Walsingham Academy, Lafayette High School and Christopher Newport University, so he is thoroughly familiar with the area. He graduated from CNU with a degree in Business Management. Using that degree, David was successful in developingmarketing relationships with several prominent resorts, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Prime Outlets,select golf courses and many of our favorite restaurants.

After 20 years in sales and marketing, David's affinity for the life sciences led him to become a Registered Nurse.After workingin the areas of Rehabilitation, Dialysis, Psychiatry and Senior Care, David realized he wanted to return to his first professional love,Marketing.David will be pairing his marketing skills along with his passion for Real Estate to help families and investors achieve their goals. Although passionate about the Real Estate business,David’s first loves are his two daughters, one currently enrolled in James Madison University and the other working in the capacity of an RN for Sentara Norfolk’s Heart Hospital. David is an avid triathlete and completed his first Ironman in 2019. He will use that dedication and disciplined mindset, along with his compassion for others, to help bothhome buyers andsellers identify what is important and how to achieve those goals.
