Born and raised in Maryland, Tamara brings an intimate knowledge of the Washington, DC area to her real estate work that only a native Washingtonian can have. Tamara has had a longtime love of real estate and is excited to now be turning her passion into a profession.

An accountant, Tamara has a "head for numbers" that allows her to easily understand and calculate market statistics, closing costs and mortgage payments. She is accustomed to working with people of all backgrounds and has exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Tamara is organized and detail-oriented, keeping her clients fully informed and prepared for all stages of the buying or selling process. Committed to their success, Tamara oversees every transaction to ensure that it proceeds smoothly – from contract to settlement.

When she’s not immersed in real estate, Tamara enjoys crafting and watching foreign movies. Tamara is affiliated with Long & Foster’s College Park office and is licensed to list, sell and rent properties in Maryland and D.C.
