I have been actively investing in Real Estate for the past 15 years. I am passionate about finding good properties and modifying them to meet the lifestyle needs of my clients. My mission is to improve communities by providing clients with safe, comfortable homes. I believe that a home should be a place that you are proud to live in and be a sanctuary where you can be stress-free, creative, and relaxed.

In my career, I have acquired, renovated, and managed over 70 homes in multiple states. I work closely with investors, buyers, sellers, renters, contractors, code enforcement officials, and other professionals in the industry. I have a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and am currently developing alternative housing solutions for seniors that allows them to age-in-place. I have helped guide many people through their home transitions and I am committed to helping others live their intentional lifestyle through real estate!

I have a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, an MBA from Oregon Health Sciences University, and over 20 years of experience working in various technical sales roles at W. L. Gore and Associates Inc (the inventors of GORE-TEX®). At Gore I served the high-tech industry in Silicon Valley, CA, developed new technologies for Special Operational Forces in the US Military, and created innovative solutions for Fire Departments, Law Enforcement, and First Responders worldwide. These experiences helped me develop strong personal connections, gave me insight into unmet user needs, and helped me strive to provide creative solutions with integrity.

My passions include world travel, triathlons, energy efficient home design, reading, and real estate. Together with my wife, Shelly, and two children, Jacob and Rebecca, we love to travel, learn, and use our creativity. We enjoy living in Bucks County, PA
