Josie Bulitt is determined to find you the perfect home! A native of Montgomery County, she lived much of her life in Olney, Maryland, and has strong ties to the area. Joining The Agency DC after graduating from college, Josie’s enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit, and "can do" attitude have already pushed her toward the top of her profession in just three years. Winner of The Agency’s 2021 Rising Star Award, Josie has already closed over 50 transactions resulting in nearly 30m in sales.

Preparing to take her business to the next level, Josie has joined One Bethesda within the global Long & Foster network. Josie is always active, whether she is working or not. It would not be unusual to see Josie on an off day walking and playing with her best friend Surf, a three year old mixed pup that she adopted from a local rescue. An exercise fanatic, Josie is always happy when outdoors, hiking, biking, and skiing. She also enjoys traveling, working with children, and spending time with her family.
