I became a Realtor in 2003 after having worked as a Network Engineer in the IT business for 7+ years. It was a unique change, but something that I embraced. In 2004 I made Rookie of the Year with the Prince William Association of Realtors. I have continued to be a Top Producer and have since had over $125 million dollars in real estate sales. Consecutively being the top agent in the Manassas sales office. I am currently ranked in the top 5% of residential Realtors in the US. In 2013 I made the elite status of being in Long & Fosters "Top 20" agents in the Northern Virginia/West Virginia market. A true testament to the dedication I have to my clients.
That said, in my experience as a Northern Virginia real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
Above all the awards and recognitions, at the end of the day, its knowing that I have done a good job for my clients that is most important to me. I consider my clients friends, and want to be someone they can trust. My priority is to provide honest service, from getting my clients homes sold for a price the are happy with, to finding that perfect home, no matter how long or how many homes we have to see to do that. I want to not only be the Realtor® they know, but the one they call again and refer to their friends and family.
