She is licensed in DE, PA and MD, and she evenly splits here time with clients who are selling as well as buying homes. She is a proven results for her clients who consistently comment on her expertise and knowledge as well as her work ethic.

Before entering real estate, Felicia co-founded a marine business in Maryland that served clients in the tri-state area. In the marine business she grew it from $ 600k to $2.1 million in 5 years. Prior to small business experience, she was a Technical Project Manager for a top 3 law firm in Washington DC. The varied experiences from small business to large company gives her unique abilities in interpersonal communication and complex management of tasks like what is required for buying and selling homes.

Felicia currently resides in Landenberg PA with her husband and son. One of her favorite places is Smith Mt Lake VA. She enjoys being on the water, watching their son play basketball, driving their GT500 and playing with their German Shepherd, Shelby.
