Lynn Dubin is entering her 11th year as a Realtor and during that time she has served as both a buyer and seller’s agent with sales totaling over $20 million dollars. But numbers don’t tell the whole story.

One of the main reasons Lynn’s real estate career has taken off is due to the fact that she is a native Washingtonian and knows the area extremely well. Lynn grew up in Bethesda, attending schools in the Walt Whitman High School district. Later, her three children attended Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, Maryland. Lynn's lifelong exposure to the Washington area housing market has enabled her to fine-tune her ability to assess area market values and prices.

Another reason for Lynn’s success is her ability to work through the process of buying or selling a home with the least amount of stress for her client. Lynn's testimonials speak to her ability to act in a professional manner at all times and, in many cases, to her ability to develop close relationships with her clients.

Lynn is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Lynn also has experience as a private investor in the Metropolitan area.

Prior to working in real estate, Lynn was a News Producer for the local CBS television station in Washington, D.C. The experience of working in the news business for 23 years gave Lynn an invaluable perspective on Washingtonians' lifestyles and of the different neighborhoods in the metro area.

Lynn’s interests - besides house-hunting, of course, - include physical fitness, gardening, and pets.
