Pam Kitchengs came to Long & Foster with a broad background in three essential factors in Real Estate, sales, marketing, and advertising. She began her career working for many years with a local plastics company that marketed a former DuPont plastics product. She worked along side the marketing director to assist in developing advertising plans and pricing of new products both in the US and Europe. Her position required constant focus on current trend changes in the design and distribution of similar products. Once leaving the plastics business Pam worked for the local yellow pages where she managed both their print and online advertising sales. She worked closely with potential and current advertisers on a day to day basis handling the sales, design and placement of ads in the local directory. This fast paced position contributed to her valuable skills in applying creativity, as well as recognizing the importance of the customer service side of sales. Her transition into the Real Estate industry was relatively easy due to the fact that her earlier career was a compilation of sales, marketing and advertising. All of which plays a key role in the Real Estate Market. She has worked extensively with assisting in corporate transfers as well as devising and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies in all types of markets.Pam is a true Delawarean having spent her entire life in this area where she resides with her husband and three children.
