We have worked with Cindy for almost a decade, purchasing two homes in Northern Virginia (one a foreclosure) and selling one of them. Recently, she helped us sell our home for a move to North Carolina. Through everything she has been very accommodating and knowledgeable, but during the recent sale she really went above an beyond. The house was on the market for a month before we had to move, and it sat empty for another month or so before it sold. During that period she held multiple open houses and did everything she could to get people in that house. Once it was under contract, she was VERY proactive in ensuring inspections were complete and necessary repairs were made in order to get the house sold, often visiting the house just to check on it. It made our being away from it much less stressful. As she put it at one point, she did a lot of the worrying "so we wouldn't have to," passing along all the information we needed without going into the nuances of every little hiccup that had to be overcome. We will miss Cindy! I couldn't recommend a better realtor in Northern Virginia.
