FUNNY, NOT FUNNY

So that clip is pretty funny.  But at the same time, it's not. 

I am mom to three Gen-Zers.  I have had the opportunity to have some great conversations with them and their friends about housing. They wonder if they will ever be able to afford to buy, especially in a high-cost, competitive market like Northern Virginia.  

I have started holding roundtables called NEXT GEN HOMEOWNERS, and wow has this been fun! It is a small group setting of Gen-Zers and other first-time homebuyers who want to know what they should be doing NOW to plan to buy.  We go over the basics of renting as well, because I have found that many are living at home and do not know where to start. I have a trusted lender partner on hand who will provide some straight talk and provide tips on making sure they are financially ready to buy.  

I usually hold these on a Sunday evening in North Arlington and provide pizza and beverages.
