Ruba has lived in Northern Virginia for 20 years and brings an extensive knowledge of local neighborhoods and market trends to her real estate work. With a degree in interior design from the UK, she has a keen eye for aesthetics and the best use of space, allowing her to see the full potential of any home and to stage listings for maximum appeal.
Ruba is a creative problem-solver and skilled negotiator. A natural “people person,” she quickly earns her clients’ trust and serves as a strong advocate for them throughout their transactions. Ruba works in partnership with her sister Rama at Long & Foster’s One Loudoun Ashburn Office.

With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance along with an MBA from the University of Wales in the UK, Rama brings an in-depth understanding of financing, investing and the economy to her real estate business. Prior to getting licensed, she managed a family business in medical device sales, growing the company to the #1 business of its kind in the region.
Rama has over 20 years of marketing and contract-negotiating experience. Licensed in Virginia, Rama works in partnership with her sister at Long & Foster’s One Loudon Ashburn Office, in the heart of Northern Virginia’s active real estate market.
