Jamie's enthusiasm for real estate and helping others is evident through her success. She began her real estate career in 1985 with Virginia Properties, which became part of Long & Foster in 1999. Jamie has excelled in real estate, demonstrated by her numerous sales and achievement awards. She has been recognized as a Distinguished Achiever by the Richmond Association of REALTORS and the Homebuilders Association consistently since 1990. In 2015 she was awarded the prestigious RAR Outstanding Sales Associate for the Richmond Metropolitan Area. Jamie has been designated as a luxury specialist since 2016. After years as a Top Producer and 30 years in the business she created the Jamie Younger Team. Jamie achieved the Associate Broker designation in 2017. In 2021 Jamie Younger was awarded Realtor of the Year by RAR-Richmond Association of Realtors, the highest award given by RAR!

Mark became a realtor in November of 2015 and joined the Jamie Younger team in May of 2019. Prior to real estate Mark worked as a buyer for a large car corporation. As a buyer specialist, Mark represents his clients’ best interest from start to finish. He has lived in Richmond, VA since 2000 and loves to share the Richmond area to those that are not familiar. Mark is the father to three daughters and very active in his community- coaching soccer, teaching religious education classes or lending a helping hand to anyone who needs it.

Karli Younger serves as a Buyer Specialist. Born and raised in Richmond, Karli graduated from the University of Virginia in 2008 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Media Studies. Corbin Ryland serves as team Transaction Coordinator. A native Richmond-er, Corbin graduated from the Steward School and received a BA in Psychology from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College. When she is not working, her husband, son and she enjoy taking long walks with their yellow lab mix Cookie, her son’s soccer games, visiting Urbanna, and time with friends and family enjoying what the Richmond area has to offer. Stacey Tolbert holds the role of Listing and Marketing Coordinator within the Jamie Younger Team. Despite a childhood marked by frequent relocations due to her father's service in the Navy, she has proudly called Richmond her home for the past two decades. Stacey earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ODU. When she's not dedicated to her professional responsibilities, you'll find her actively involved in community volunteering, nurturing her daughter, tending to her garden, and passionately supporting the Buffalo Bills, a nod to her family's roots. Away from football games and the playful antics of her spirited dog, Bruiser, Stacey is diligently focused on ensuring your property listing takes center stage in the market.
