Tony Proto sold our house in Powhatan, VA. We moved back to Honolulu, Hawaii a year ago. We want to say a few things about Tony. Tony Proto took on the task of selling my mother’s house back in the spring. I had great reservations about having a real estate broker handle the marketing of the house, simply because I have a general distrust of most people I don’t know. After meeting with Tony, that reservation quickly dissipated. Tony went out of his way to accommodate the fact that I had to travel an hour and a half to get to my mother’s house. He met me and my brother there (at the house) to sign the necessary paperwork. In 2007 our house in Chester was on the market for six months with another realtor. We didn't even get one offer and received minimal feedback from the realtor as to why it wasn't selling.
