Eric DeRosa

Originally from West Virginia and a proud graduate of West Virginia University, my real estate career has taken me from the sunny shores of St. Pete Beach, FL to the scenic mountains of Asheville, NC — and finally to the beautiful Triangle area of North Carolina. My wife, Janice, and I have called Cary, Apex, and Holly Springs home for over 25 years, and we truly believe it’s been the perfect place to raise our two daughters.

We love being just a few hours from both the mountains and the beach, but what we enjoy most is everything the Triangle has to offer — from vibrant communities and outdoor activities to local arts, sports, and events. It’s a wonderful place to live, work, and play.

A little more about me: I’m the youngest of nine and uncle to 35 nieces and nephews. Janice and I met in Florida (she’s originally from Rhode Island), and we’ve been married for 38 years. We share a passion for travel, especially to Colorado and Arizona, where we love off-roading through old western ghost towns. Here in North Carolina, you’ll often find us exploring Blowing Rock or Black Mountain, or staying active with hiking, biking, and pickleball. We’re also big fans of local theater, concerts, and college sports.

Real estate has been a perfect fit for me. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and take great pride in helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Janice plays a key role in our business as well, offering expert staging and design advice for every listing. Long after the closing, I remain a trusted resource for my clients — many of whom have bought and sold multiple homes with me and referred their friends and family. In fact, over 80% of my business comes from past clients and referrals, and I’m honored to now call many of them friends.
